Lucy Fielden
My interest in drama started at school, and I then took it, alongside art and other subjects, for GCSE. I then continued my study in drama to A level, and then onto university, which is where I discovered my passion for costume.
Throughout my time at university I have expanded my skillset in costume, starting with a very basic knowledge in the subject, and then through working as a costume assistant, to then a costume supervisor in various shows, alongside individual projects, I have now broadened my knowledge and skillset, now feeling confident in costuming a variety of shows, and even taking on the role of the costume representative of the university drama department.
My particular area of interest lies in the fashion of the 1970s-80s, however I have created items from the Victorian era, to modern fashion, and even fantasy style costumes!
